• Responsibilities
• Guide new clients through installation, configuration, and optimization of Mind Circuit nodes.
• Offer technical expertise on aggregator endpoints, AI-based compliance checks, and ZK-proof capabilities.
• Conduct demos, training sessions, and Q&A forums to help users make the most of Mind Circuit’s features.
• Collaborate with internal developers to relay customer feedback and propose product enhancements.
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.
• Qualifications
• Some background in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar client-focused role.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technologies, distributed systems, or cryptographic frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for handling multiple client requests.
• Experience with helpdesk software, issue tracking, or knowledge base tools is a plus.
