• Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize critical pieces of the Mind Circuit platform, focusing on aggregator performance, consensus logic, and multi-chain data throughput.

• Oversee development efforts on zero-knowledge features, ensuring robust and future-proof integrations.

• Guide junior team members through code reviews, best practices, and technical knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cryptography, marketing) to align technical initiatives with broader product goals.

• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that could advance the platform’s scalability and security.

• Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying complex software systems (blockchain or distributed systems experience is a bonus).

• Expertise in at least one low-level or systems programming language (Go, Rust, or similar).

• Comfort with concurrency models, performance tuning, and cryptographic fundamentals.

• Track record of driving projects from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide an engineering team.
